DoraLand is a Discord-based community founded in March 2024 by Bima, an AMV editor known online as Bima AMVs (Bimasaktiedits). It serves as a nostalgia-driven hub for anime fans, editors, and creators, with a strong focus on classic series like Doraemon and Crayon Shin-chan.
DoraLand began as an editing-focused server named Bima Kingdom, created during the peak of the AMV editing community in 2024.
After a period of inactivity in late 2024, the project was revived in early 2025 and briefly rebranded as WelPhare, functioning as a general-purpose community without a clear identity.
Recognizing the need for a stronger direction, Bima restructured the server into DoraLand, establishing a unified theme centered around nostalgia, anime culture, and structured community systems. This marked the beginning of its rapid growth and identity formation.
